Under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Administrative College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Asi Hussein Al-Obaidi, the Department of Business Administration Technology organized a scientific lecture entitled “Human Resource Management from a Sustainable Development Perspective.” The lecture was held as part of the Sustainable Development Program activities of the Quality Assurance Department at the Presidency of Northern Technical University, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division of the College.
The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of human resource management in achieving sustainable development goals within organizations through the development of human competencies and the promotion of a sustainable work environment that contributes to enhancing institutional performance and achieving comprehensive development.
