Required Documents

  1. The original preparatory school certificate, duly authenticated by the General Directorate of Education in the relevant governorate, or the original copies of other required documents according to the admission channel, duly authenticated no later than April 26, 2026. The student must submit a written undertaking to the College Registration Department confirming this requirement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.
  2. A guarantor’s undertaking, according to the form prepared by the University’s Legal Affairs Department. The undertaking must include a provision holding the student responsible for safeguarding state property and prohibiting any misuse or tampering with it. In the event of damage, the student shall bear responsibility for the resulting costs.
  3. A color copy of the Iraqi Nationality Certificate and Civil Status Identity Card, or the Unified National Card.
  4. Three (3) recent photographs.
  5. Medical examination form, in accordance with the Health Fitness System No. 5 of 1992 and the relevant regulations and requirements, subject to the following provisions:
      • A student will not be registered under any circumstances if the required medical examination form is not submitted.
      • The original medical examination form must be submitted; copies will not be accepted.
      • The result of the medical examination shall be reviewed directly by the institution to which the student has been admitted. If the student is found medically unfit for the assigned field of study, the Central Admission Department shall contact the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up to amend the student’s admission placement in accordance with the student’s medical fitness.
      • The student has the right to appeal the medical examination result before the Appeals Committee of the Ministry of Health through the institution to which the student has been admitted.
  6. Students admitted to evening studies must submit an undertaking confirming that they have not previously had their enrollment terminated due to cheating, attempted cheating, or disciplinary penalties, subject to the provisions stipulated in Paragraph (1) of Clause (ط) of Chapter Nine of the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and Admission Regulations and Requirements.
