Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Technical College of Management / Mosul, an academic institution that continues to fulfill its educational, scientific, and community mission and strives to build a university environment capable of keeping pace with rapid developments in the fields of management, technology, information, and economics.

The Technical College of Management / Mosul was established in 2007 as part of the expansion of technical education and in response to the growing need to prepare specialized professionals capable of serving government institutions and various sectors of the workforce. Since its establishment, the College has been committed to developing its academic programs and specializations in line with development requirements, scientific and technological advancements, and labor market needs.

In 2014, the College became one of the constituent institutions of the Northern Technical University, continuing its academic and scientific journey within Iraq’s technical education system. It builds upon its academic heritage, its aspiration for continuous development, and its commitment to providing an educational and research environment that keeps pace with the requirements of the present and future.

Today, the College comprises five academic departments: Department of Business Administration Technology, Department of Information Management Technology, Department of Statistics and Informatics Technology, Department of Accounting Technology, and Department of Oil and Gas Economics Technology. Together, these departments represent an integrated system of specializations that combines administrative knowledge with technological, information, and economic applications, strengthening the College’s capacity to prepare graduates with specialized knowledge and practical skills that enable them to contribute effectively to diverse work environments.

Our vision at the College extends beyond providing academic knowledge to building a well-rounded scientific and professional personality for students, enabling them to think critically, analyze and solve problems, engage with modern technologies, pursue continuous learning, and transform theoretical knowledge into practical applications of genuine value.

From this perspective, we place great emphasis on developing the educational process and reviewing academic programs and curricula in line with scientific developments and labor market needs. We also seek to strengthen the practical dimension of education, support scientific research, and encourage innovation and creativity, thereby contributing to a university environment that promotes knowledge and continuous development.

Furthermore, digital transformation and the rapid advancement of information technologies, artificial intelligence, and data analysis place a significant responsibility on us to prepare students with the skills required for the future. Therefore, we strive to enhance the use of modern technologies in education, administration, and scientific research, and to prepare our students to respond effectively to the transformations taking place in the labor market with flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

I believe that the success of the College cannot be achieved through individual efforts alone, but rather through genuine partnership among students, faculty members, staff, and graduates. Every individual within this institution represents an integral part of its identity and mission, and every sincere effort contributes to building its future and strengthening its position.

In this regard, I would like to affirm to our dear students that you are the core and primary purpose of the educational process. The College is committed to providing an environment that enables you to develop your academic and practical capabilities, discover your potential, and build a professional future based on knowledge, competence, and responsibility. I encourage you to make your university years a stage of meaningful learning, skill development, broadening your horizons, and active participation in academic, cultural, and community activities.

I also extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all faculty members and staff for their efforts in fulfilling their educational, administrative, and scientific responsibilities. I emphasize that the development of the College is a shared responsibility that requires teamwork and the promotion of a culture of quality, commitment, initiative, and continuous improvement.

I would also like to express my appreciation to our graduates, who represent a true extension of the College’s journey, and to emphasize the importance of maintaining communication with them and benefiting from their expertise and experiences. This strengthens the relationship between the College and its graduates and contributes to enriching the educational process with insights into the needs and requirements of the working environment.

Our aspiration for the coming stage is to continue building a more advanced College, one that is more closely connected to scientific research and innovation and better able to respond to the needs of the labor market and society, while maintaining educational quality and strengthening a culture of excellence, quality, and academic accreditation.

We aspire for the Technical College of Management / Mosul to be a leading academic environment in technical management education, a platform for knowledge, research, and innovation, and an active partner in serving society and advancing development, while ensuring that our graduates remain recognized for their competence, excellence, and sense of responsibility in their workplaces.

Finally, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Presidency of the Northern Technical University for its continued support, as well as to all faculty members, staff, students, and graduates, and to everyone who contributes to the College’s journey and advancement.
